What we do
The four areas where we can help you.
-
Risk identification
We uncover risks in processes and parts before they show up at the customer. We propose specific measures whose effectiveness can be verified.
-
Crisis management
In an escalation, we take the lead and coordinate the resolution. We stabilise processes, clearly define responsibilities and manage communication with the customer.
-
Consulting and supplier development
We set up the quality management system, guide you through project launch and help you manage risks associated with suppliers.
-
Audits and verification
We carry out independent audits of processes, systems and products to international standards. We also verify the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
